It’s Japan time at the 3d.FAB platform with two fellowship awards from the Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) in collaboration with the CNRS – Centre national de la recherche scientifique ! 🎌

☝ Lucas Lemarié has been awarded a JSPS short-term fellowship to spend 4 months at the Center for iPS Cell Research and Application (CiRA) in the group of Pr Shimpei Gotoh. He will investigate the impact of biomaterial viscoelastic properties on the proliferation and differentiation of pulmonary cell progenitors derived from hiPSCs.

🤘 Alexandre DUFOUR has been awarded a JSPS summer program fellowship to spend 2 months at the Institute of Industrial Science of the University of Tokyo in the group of Pr Yoshiho Ikeuchi. He will investigate the impact of mesenchymal stem cell spheroid innervation using hiPSC-derived neuron cells on cartilage and bone formation.
